BC Valencia

Valencia – Fenerbahce

Under 153.5 @ 1.90

Fenerbahce Dogus

Two very slow-paced team meets in Valencia. Valencia has several key players absent (Vives, Sastre), but San Emeterio should be back as well as new signing young Sergio Garcia. Fenerbahce will be without Vesely and Nunually. Kalinic is long term absence.

The first thing I am sure here is slow pace. They did just 122 attacks in their first game in Istanbul, but showed super-high percentage. We never can exclude that will happen again, especially with same teams playing. But right now I think that line already includes those crazy shooting percentages, because Valencia had many high-efficiency games this season at home. Stats below show why we should back Under 153 position. In case pace will be up to average (134 attacks) we still have enough room for Under 153.

  • Home avg. scoring: 1.04-1.12 pts/attack
  • Away avg. scoring: 1,03-1,15 pts/attack
  • Expected pace: 126 attacks
  • Expected total range: 130-143 points

Under 165,5 @ 1.95

Real Madrid

Khimki players will be fined by club for 50% of monthly salary, if they not improve their game and results right now. Team managers think that might help them… Let’s if that will help, especially with Khimki is placed as home underdog at home for the first time this season. Actually this looks like correct adjustment, because Real will seek for revenge and will try to win by 7 points to get h2h advantage. At the moment Real looks very well and have everything to achieve this goal. But I would take them only as underdog here, because fair line is about pk line.

I like the under chances, because both teams are playing more defensive minded basketball, that at the start of the season:

  • Home avg. scoring: 1,03-1,10 pts/attack
  • Away avg. scoring: 1.09-1.16 pts/attack
  • Expected pace: 146 attacks
  • Expected total range: 155-165 points

  • Both teams are 4-2 for Under in last 6 home/road games

 Anadolu Efes

Anadolu Efes – Crvena Zvezda

 Crvena Zvezda

Zvezda shows good fighting spirit in last weeks. Serbian team is 3-1 ATS in last 4 road games with only loss to Fenerbahce 56:82. But that loss came after 2 road games in Valencia and Podgorica and before home against PAO in double Euroleague week. Last week they won at home against Zalgiris and showed good basketball there. CZ is close to playoff zone and should try to win in Turkey to improve their position.

Efes owns just 2-6 ATS record and they are marked as weak favorite. But there is no value on CZ side, because Efes has more quality within their roster and they had added Tony Douglas. Not sure how his arrival will affect Efes.
