Today we got six games and some offer us nice chances for a good bet and I will focus on those games.
Memphis Grizzlies – Orlando Magic
Memphis always been a team with a very short rotation. They are in the end of a very long homestand, but are only 1 – 3 SU and ATS so far and have Orlando today and Oklahoma on Wednesday.
Besides the win over Phoenix, where they scored 110 points, in losses they scored 88, 82 and 81 points and the last two games were 20+ points beatings.
For tonight’s game they lost Poindexter as well, so for two guards positions, they have only three players (assuming that all injured players are out).
The team has huge scoring problems and I just can’t see how they will resolve, until they get some of the fire power back from injury list.
Orlando also in very bad form. Lost 5 games in a row, including 0 – 4 in this road trip, with two games left on the trip. Tonight against Memphis and in Charlotte on Wednesday.
Both teams want to win and you got to go with Memphis, that wants to win more and plays at home, but I assume that the line will be 5 – 7 points, so no desire to play the Grizzlies.
But, both teams in huge offensive slump and with desperation getting bigger, I assume that both teams will try to play hard on defense.
8 of the last 10 games between the teams results in an Under and also 6 of the last 7 games in Memphis, between the teams, were Under as well.
As long as the total is not lower than 180 points, I would lean Under and the higher it will be, the stronger the lean on the Under will be.
Washington Wizards – Denver Nuggets
Denver will be tonight without Lawson, the fresh injury and McGee (former Wizard), the old injury.
Denver will play their fifth game in seven days, all on the road, some of them without Lawson and I fully expect the fatigue to play a part.
Wizards after two home wins lost to the Bucks in OT, in surprising loss and will be looking to get back on track.
Wizards in my eyes are better team, much more fresh, that has better match ups and won both games against Denver last season.
As long as the line is no higher than 2 points in Denver favor, Wizards are a strong lean here.
