Today we got again an early game – but very interesting one, so I will put up a write up about this game and add some more bets later on this evening.
New York Knicks – Indiana Pacers
Indiana made few small changes running their offense and the result was shown after only one our of shootaround, when Pacers scored 103 points against Dallas. Players were really happy about the changes Vogel made and it’s hard not to give him big credit for that. That was the first time in nine games that Pacers scored 100+ points and only the third time (!) they managed to score 90+ points!
While it’s obvious that one game is too little database to judge, it’s obvious that Pacers should become now 90+ points team on regular base. Knicks had their first loss of the season, but have yet to score less than 95 points in any game this season. But, unlike the start of the season, they started to concede much more, allowing 94.5 points per game the last four games, after stopping their rivals on 85.5 points in the first three games of the season. With Knicks games averaging 194 points a game and Pacers games averaging 179 points per game so far, the average is 186.5 – so books haven’t taken in to factor the fact that Pacers play much better offense and I will gladly check them on that. 101 – 97 for Knicks is reasonable result here.
