Today big card and some really great games and it took some time to go over them all.
Denver Nuggets – NO Hornets
Philadelphia 76ers – Sacramento Kings
Boston Celtics – Orlando Magic
It’s always hard to trust a team that comes off a win didn’t win two straight wins in the whole months of December and January, but they won two to end November and hopefully do the same to start February.
Sixers in the middle of their homestand and really must start a winning streak if they want to be a threat to Boston’s playoff place.
They play the weakest team in the league that is in the middle of their road trip and a team that they handled really well before.
I think that Sixers will win such a game in this spot in 9 out of 10 times.
As for the Nuggets, it’s very simple for me. Hornets maybe the kings of ATS on the road, but while they keep covering, they haven’t won on the road for a long time.
I think that today their ATS run will come to an end, but for me, the odds to Denver’s win are just way too high.
Rondo is out for Boston, Davis and maybe Afflalo for Orlando. I think that Boston, with Clippers on deck, must win this game if they want to keep Sixers on a safe distance.
Boston + Denver + Sixers to win – 2.30 odds – 6 units play – 5Dimes
Memphis Grizzlies – Washington Wizards
I don’t really care if Prince, Davis and Daye will play. If they are out, Memphis got a short rotation playing B2B. If they play, three new guys that don’t know even one play of the team and barely know their teammates names.
Wizards in good form, despite the two losses to Kings and Sixers recently.
Memphis got three days to rest and train and get some gel time between the players after this game, but here, against surging Wizards?
Wizards can easily win this one or at least keep it really close.
Wizards +7, 1.87 odds – 7 units play – Expekt
Indiana Pacers – Miami Heat
Another game where I preferred to buy half a point is this one.
Indiana a very good team and there really little love between them and Heat.
I realize that Heat will want to prove themselves on the road and I realize that they still the champions.
But, Pacers got amazing defense, probably best LeBron defender in the league (George) and a true Center that will really make Heat regret for the way they built their roster, since Pacers will win a lot of battles in the paint.
On top of that, with West, they got very good option to go small ball if needed and I like their rotation changes that made Pacers a lot better team as far as three point shooting goes and spacing the floor.
Pacers +3, 1.84 odds – 5 units play – Marathonbet (or 1.80 odds – Pinnacle / 5Dimes)
No system plays tonight.
Good luck everybody!!!
