Tough card, so only two medium plays tonight and no system plays.
Dallas Mavericks – San Antonio Spurs
I think that bookies and the public are blinded a bit by 129 points Spurs scored against Dallas few days ago. But, Dallas actually played pretty good defense against West better team, stopping rival team below their total in 3 from 4 last matches (Spurs were the exception). They stopped Thunder, Denver and Memphis – all top 8 teams in the West, below their totals.
How did Spurs get their total crossed? By shooting no less than 20 three pointers with 66% shooting percentage. That’s just crazy high and won’t repeat itself tonight.
Dallas are focused and badly need to stop the bleeding. I don’t know if they will be able to win, but they at least should be able to hang in with the Spurs and keep Spurs below their total.
Under 106.5, 1.91 odds – 6 units play – WillHill
Sacramento Kings – Boston Celtics
I see no reason for Kings to go Over here. Boston have their pride and after getting 100+ points their last two games, that they lost by 47 points combined, they will do what they always do in such spots. Tighten up their defense.
Kings offense is too sporadic too often. Tonight without Evans and with really not pleased Cousins, I doubt they have what it takes to deal with Boston’s toughness.
I don’t know if Boston shots will go in or not.
But it’s always a good idea to find an Under to bet on, in Boston second leg of B2B and Kings Under looks as good as any.
