Today’s NBA plays with one great game from Western Conference as the main bet.
Memphis Grizzlies – Oklahoma City Thunder
Thunder and Grizzlies met no less than 17 times in the last three seasons and only in 2 games Thunder failed to score the total given today.
On paper, Thunder number is indeed 94.5 points, but Grizzlies had few really low scores at home this season and Thunder are the best team in the league as far as shooting comes.
The fact that Oklahoma come off a loss and went below their total in yesterday’s game, only adds to the confidence that today Thunder should score 98 – 102 points.
Over 94 points, 1.91 odds – 7 units play – 5Dimes
Houston Rockets – Utah Jazz
San Antonio Spurs – Golden State Warriors
Cleveland Cavaliers – Miami Heat
LA Clippers – Philadelphia 76ers
It’s very hard to play a parlay made from the lowest odds, but I rate this parlay around 75% and with very nice odds, I just can’t go past it.
Houston probably the most dangerous play. Rockets won by 45 points in Utah earlier this season, giving them the worst ever home loss in franchise history.
But having said that, Utah play like crap and I’m not sure they care about anything at the moment. On top of that, Rockets off a home loss to the Warriors and just can’t afford themselves to lose twice in a row, at home, to direct playoff spot contenders.
After Pop ripped his players apart after the win against Cleveland, I expect them to step up big. Spurs will score 100+ points, while I doubt we will see GSW reaching 95+ points here. Another poor defensive performance by his players and I think that Pop will resort to physical punishments.
I believe that Spurs will win this one by 20 points, so maybe worth adding a ATS play as well.
LA Clippers after a very surprising loss to the Kings last night and will be looking to redeem themselves. The difference between third and fourth positions in the West are really big Clippers just can’t allow themselves to lose this one. Sixers made a very nice run, but it all been home wins only. On the road they couldn’t even win the lowly Magic.
I would like nothing more than to see Heat lose, but the odds for that are even lower than the odds given here suggest. Irving, Varejao and Waiters – three team’s best players are out. Miles, Gee, Pargo, Walton and others just shouldn’t win the Heat. Only 1 out of 100 games miracle can help Cleveland here.
Spurs + Heat + Clippers + Rockets to win, 2.09 odds – 8 units play – 5Dimes/ Pinnacle
Dallas Mavericks + Atlanta Hawks to win, 2.22 odds – 7 units play – Bwin
Best of luck everybody!!!
